Our premier design house is located in London’s fast - transforming creative district, Nine Elms. Since its establishment in 2018, TEN has become one of the leading design houses for the UK’s Build to Rent sector with a portfolio of over 20 large-scale projects completed in the last 6 years. Our client base includes prominent UK developers and investors such as Grainger PLC, City Developments Limited, John Lewis, Get Living to name only a few.
Our reputation in the industry has afforded us many returning customers who value our approach to design and our commitment to their projects. TEN has successfully delivered projects across the UK, including key cities such as Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Sheffield, Nottingham and Oxford. Noteworthy among these are four landmark schemes for Grainger PLC: The Barnum, The Silver Yard, The Tilt Works, and Millwrights Place. Additional projects include Broad Street by Cortland and The Castings by City Development Limited.

This entrepreneurial duo has grown TEN from a 2-man consultancy to an established design house operating in 3 countries in under 6 years. Sameer brings a wealth of business and real estate knowledge to the table, while Anya transcends the conventional boundaries of interior design by crafting spaces that harmonize both aesthetic and operational objectives.
