With a strong focus on empowering marginalised women and children, the Foundation strives to create safe, sustainable, and dignified living spaces that foster opportunity and well-being for those most in need.

Our approach
The TEN Foundation employs a two-pronged strategy to address the global housing crisis. Firstly, we collaborate with not-for-profit organisations in the housing sector, such as homeless shelters and orphanages. Through hosting fundraising events and contributing our expertise in interior architecture and design we help enhance their housing initiatives.
Secondly, we focus on empowering women and children by providing education and creating job opportunities within the design field. This enables them to establish sustainable income streams and secure safe, stable living environments.
Areas of focus
Headquartered in London, with design houses in Riyadh and Dubai, the TEN Foundation focuses its efforts on addressing the housing crisis in the regions where we operate. This approach not only ensures logistical and economic efficiency but also allows us to leave a meaningful legacy and foster lasting relationships within these communities.
The TEN team embarks on an annual team-building trip to a new destination. During these trips, the TEN Foundation connects with organisations aligned with our mission, offering our expertise and services to support their initiatives and create a positive impact.
