Over the past 6 years, TEN has been established as one of the leading BTR interior designers in the UK, with over 20 large-scale Build to Rent development schemes in our portfolio.

TEN was co-founded by Sameer Mahomed and Anya Sokolskaya in 2018, with the vision to offer strategic interior architecture and design solutions to the living sector. Together, they bring a noteworthy combination of business, creativity and entrepreneurship to every TEN project.
Sameer Mahomed & Anya Sokolskaya
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, and considered as one of the top London interior designers, Anya Sokolskaya leads the creative vision for TEN as our Co-founder and Creative Director. Her expertise lie in luxury residential interiors, international hotel design, and Build to Rent interior design which has shaped her unique approach to bringing hospitality quality design to residential projects, and residential experiences to hotel interiors.
Managing Director, Sameer Mahomed Co-founded TEN with Anya with his invaluable contribution of over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity and deal structuring. As a CA and Real Estate investment specialist, Sameer spearheads business development in the UK and Middle East with his talent to identify new opportunities and to execute successful business ventures in the living and hospitality sectors.
