TEN was appointed by Greystar for the exclusive penthouse design at Bloom Nine Elms, situated on the top floor of the recently opened Phase 2 building. The Penthouse has been designed to capture the changing resident landscape of Nine Elms, reflecting the youthful and fun nature of the resident profile.

Highlights of the project
TEN’s vision for the penthouse interior design was inspired by eclectic interiors from around the world such as the vibrant geometric lounge which gives a playful nod to the bright interiors of Miami. While the penthouse is luxurious by nature, the interiors balance homeliness with a sun - filled vacation feel through the use of warm, bright interiors. Designed for globe-trotting young professionals, the impressive city views and rooftop pool area further lends itself to individuals who aspire to life at the top.
