The Event
The TEN Foundation, in partnership with Land Aid, is proud to launch London’s first-ever Build to Rent(BTR) Padel Tournament, uniting industry leaders in support of tackling homelessness and poverty in the UK.
Padel for Purpose will take place at Battersea Rocket Padel on Friday, 27 June 2025 where 20 teams from the BTR sector (including developers, operators, consultants and suppliers) will challenge each other in a fun, social Padel tournament to raise funds for Land Aid.
This exciting event will not only bring together the industry’s finest for a day of competitive play andnetworking but will also mark the beginning of an annual tradition – one that champions both socialimpact and community engagement.

About LandAid
LandAid brings together the property and wider built environment industry to fulfil ESG goals by supporting life-changing services for 16–24 year-olds experiencing homelessness.
As a charitable trust, LandAid awards grants to exceptional UK charities working to tackle youth homelessness. Their life-changing grants are invested in capital projects to create much-needed safe, warm homes for young people experiencing homelessness across the UK.

Tournament Structure
All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated directly to our 2025 charity partner, supporting efforts to tackle homelessness and poverty in the UK.
