The BTR industry's inaugural Charity Padel Tournament
Padel for Purpose is London’s first-ever Build To Rent (BTR) charity padel tournament hosted by the TEN Foundation in association with Homewards Lambeth.
The TEN Foundation invites friends and partners across the BTR sector to partake in the Padel for Purpose Tournament, hosted at Battersea Rocket Padel on Friday, 27 June 2025, in support of The Magpie Project.
This exciting event will not only bring together the industry’s finest for a day of competitive play and networking but will also mark the beginning of an annual tradition – one that champions both social impact and community engagement.

About The Magpie Project
The Magpie Project is a charity dedicated to supporting mothers and young children under five who are living in insecure, temporary, or unsafe housing. Based in East London, the charity provides practical support, advocacy, and a safe, welcoming space for families experiencing housing insecurity. By addressing immediate needs — such as access to essentials, healthcare, and legal advice — alongside offering emotional support and long-term guidance, The Magpie Project works to prevent families from falling into homelessness and helps them build more stable, hopeful futures.

The TEN Foundation, in association with Homewards Lambeth, aims to raise vital funds for The Magpie Project at the Padel for Purpose Tournament.
About Homewards Lambeth
Founded by the Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales, Homewards is a five-year, locally led programme that aims to demonstrate it is possible to end homelessness, making it rare, brief, and unrepeated.
Homewards puts collaboration at the heart of its approach. In each location, local coalitions made up of committed individuals, organisations,
and businesses have come together to create and deliver tailored plans that address the root causes of homelessness. By demonstrating the power of collective action, Homewards seeks to prove that together, it is possible to end homelessness.
About The TEN Foundation
The TEN Foundation was founded by TEN, a leading BTR interior architecture & design firm based in Nine Elms, London.
The Foundation collaborates with not-for-profit organisations in the housing sector, such as homeless shelters and orphanages to address the global housing crisis through creative solutions and fundraising events.
The TEN Foundation, in association with Homewards Lambeth, will host their inaugural Padel for Purpose event to raise funds for The Magpie Project.
