TEN offers a turnkey interior design service that consists of 7 comprehensive stages that includes: briefing, research & analysis, concept design, developed designs, technical design, construction monitoring, handover and post completion feedback.

FF&E solutions by design
TEN offers an in-house FF&E Specification and Procurement Service to all of our clients to ensure that each project achieves the intended aesthetic when executed on site. By incorporating bespoke furniture, lighting and joinery tailored to the concept and aesthetic of a space, TEN delivers differentiated projects that becomes an extension of your brand.
We work directly with respected factories and leading brands all over the world to curate a tailored FF&E package to suit your budget and aspirations. Our smart procurement strategy further enables us to offer more product diversity, to lower the risks associated with timelines, increase product quality and improved ESG credentials. Our involvement from concept, design, and procurement to the delivery and installation of the products on site, is the root of our successful and seamless FF&E service.
