This expansion brings the South African hospitality and residential sectors direct access to our international team and world-class, future-focused interior design expertise.
Our move into the iconic city of Cape Town is both personal and strategic. Born and raised in South Africa, our Founder and Managing Director, Sameer Mahomed, is deeply committed to supporting the nation’s economy and enhancing its appeal to international investors.
Together with Co-Founder & Creative Director, Anya Sokolskaya, and our on-the-ground Studio Director, Marike Cronjé, TEN blends global design insight with local knowledge to deliver innovative, tailored solutions.

TEN is led by Creative Director & Co-Founder, Anya Sokolskaya, the driving force behind TEN’s portfolio of over 25 large-scale residential developments in the UK, along with her experience designing for some of the world’s leading hotel brands such as Park Hyatt, Puro Hotel and Hilton Hotels. Anya is supported by Managing Director and Co Founder, Sameer Mahomed - a Chartered Accountant by profession with over 23 years’ experience in real estate investment, strategic consulting for the hospitality and residential sectors and real estate private equity.
