TEN was commissioned to reimagine an existing residence on Springbok Road for international clients relocating to South Africa. Situated in one of Green Point’s most prestigious addresses, the property enjoys uninterrupted 180-degree views across the Atlantic Seaboard from its elevated position below Signal Hill.
This luxury residential interior design project in Cape Town centred on redefining the home through a lens of quiet luxury balancing refined architectural interventions with the integration of the clients’ personal collection. Our approach to interior architecture focused on spatial optimisation, material richness, and contemporary detailing, ensuring the home met international standards of design, comfort, and technology.

The Ultimate Master Suite:
Elevated Interior Architecture
A defining feature of the project was the transformation of the master bedroom into a private luxury suite. By extending the floor plate to the balcony’s edge, our interior architecture strategy unlocked additional square meterage and maximised panoramic views toward the Cape Town Stadium and the Atlantic Ocean.
The reconfigured suite now includes:
• A bespoke built-in wardrobe with tailored storage solutions
• An intimate seating lounge oriented toward the view
• A generously proportioned bathroom finished in premium materials

First Floor Reimagined:
Sophisticated Cape Town Interior Design
The reimagined first floor embodies understated sophistication, layering green marble accents with warm timber cladding to create depth and tactility. The existing fireplace was reconceptualised as a sculptural focal point softened with curved forms and enhanced through integrated lighting, exemplifying our commitment to thoughtful interior architecture.
The kitchen layout was strategically reconfigured to improve spatial flow and everyday usability, while deliberately framing the home’s expansive sea views. This careful planning reflects TEN’s considered approach to Cape Town interior design - where lifestyle, landscape, and architecture converge seamlessly.
Outdoor Living:
Seamless Luxury on the Atlantic Seaboard
Designed for long, leisurely afternoons in the sun, the balcony was transformed into a fully realised outdoor living environment. The space now features:
• A contemporary outdoor fireplace
• Dedicated dining and lounging areas
• Custom sun loungers
• An outdoor shower
• A fully tiled swimming pool
By merging interior architecture with exterior experience, TEN created a cohesive indoor-outdoor narrative - an essential element of luxury residential interior design in Cape Town’s coastal climate.
