Headquartered in London, with additional design houses in Riyadh and Dubai, TEN delivers world-class Interior Design solutions and bespoke FF&E Specification and Procurement services on global projects. Our work emphasises user experience and sustainability, crafting spaces where people work, live, play, and stay — by design.

our founders
TEN was founded by Sameer Mahomed and Anya Sokolskaya in 2018. Together, they bring a noteworthy combination of business, creativity and entrepreneurship to the Interior Architecture and Design sector in the UK and the Middle East.

As the Co-Founder and Creative Director at TEN, Anya’s work transcends the conventional boundaries of interior design by crafting spaces that harmonise both aesthetic and operational objectives. With over 15 years of experience in residential interior design, hospitality interiors, and commercial interior design, Anya combined her diversified expertise to focus primarily on the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector in the past 8 years. Anya succeeds in bringing hospitality quality design to residential projects, and residential aesthetic to hospitality interiors.
Sameer is a Chartered Accountant and Real Estate Investment Specialist who trained and qualified at Deloitte, working in their Johannesburg, Los Angeles, and London offices for over 9 years. As the Co-Founder and Managing Director at TEN, Sameer spearheads business development in the UK and Middle East with his talent to identify new opportunities and brings his consulting and advisory experience to all of TEN’s clients.
